Bus fares are charged on how far you have to travel. Use MAXX’s journey planner to find out how much your journey will cost.
Q. Where can I buy a ticket?
Buying a ticket is easy. Just go to one of our conveniently located ticket agents or buy a cash fare from the driver when you get on board.
Q. Which ticket is right for me?
If you make regular journeys by bus, you might like to buy a specific ticket for your journey or use a Go Rider card.
Concessions are also available.
Q. Can I use the same ticket on the bus, train and ferry?
At present you cannot use the same ticket on the bus, train and ferry. Only the Discovery day pass and the Discovery monthly pass are valid on most bus and train services between Drury, Beachlands and Maraetai in the south, Waimauku in the west and Waiwera in the north, plus North Shore to Downtown Fullers ferry services.
